设备特点：

VARISCO自吸泵可以适应多种复杂的环境、路桥建设、城市紧急排水、建筑紧急排水等。

Nuplex Environmental is part of the Nuplex Industries Group. They process industrial and municipal waste in the North Island of New Zealand, including acids, medicines, pesticides, chemicals, sewage sludge and septic tank waste. The waste fluids are pumped into holding ponds where plastics are removed, then chemically neutralised and processed, to ultimately form a heavy mud (or filter cake) which is disposed of in landfills.

Nuplex Environmental began by installing 2 J50 TWGMC 2” close-coupled self-priming pumps mounted on hand carts to replace some submersibles. The pumps were to be used to transfer waste between holding ponds and tanks. The fluids varied from thin effluent to heavy sludges. The client insisted on portability, and hand carts were especially made to their specifications.

The first two pumps were so successful, that over time as each submersible on site failed, it got progressively replaced with a J50TWGMC. When the plant was upgraded and expanded in late 2004, Nuplex purchased 12 J4-250W TWGMC pumpsets for the new applications. They have since ordered an additional 2 J4-250W TWGMC pumpsets for an upgrade of the storm-water system. Nuplex Environmental now have a total of almost 30 Varisco self-priming pumps on site in East Tamaki, Auckland.Self-priming pumps operate high and dry outside the pumped liquid. Inspection and maintenance can be carried out easily, and standard electric motors have a higher efficiency than submersible motors which, in heavily contaminated liquids and sludge, are also more difficult to cool adequately.

 

 

The island of Taiwan has tropical climate, with frequent typhoons and heavy rainfall. The rainy season lasts from July to October. The high rainfall frequently causes flooding in populated areas, and the situation is made worse by the particular nature of the terrain in many parts of the island: wide valleys and hollows where the water stagnates. To cope with these emergencies, the national government made available financing to local authorities to purchase pumps.

The first solution was to use large, truck-mounted pumps with a high capacity. They were difficult to manoeuvre, costly to operate and, unfortunately, did not have sufficient head to pump the water out of the hollows.

What was necessary was a pump with its own engine, easy to tow to flooded locations, with a sufficient capacity for flood drainage and a head sufficient to pump the water under these particular conditions. The first tender called for 20 pumps to be supplied before the next rainy season.

Varisco designed, produced and tested a new vacuum priming system in record time: just 10 weeks from the issue of the order until shipment. Prior to shipment, the units were subjected to a stringent witnessed test, in the presence of engineers from Det Norske Veritas. Each unit had to work stably for 30 minutes at each of 5 points on the performance curve submitted with the tender.

The solution proposed by Varisco proved valid on site, and the Taiwan government used this specification for additional tenders for pumps.
